I am trying to move from coffee to tea and don't know much about teas. Can you recommend a tea flavor you like so I can try it?

I love matcha tea 🍵 gives a nicer smoother buzz.
Making it is a big fussy tho

This may be a bridge too far, but I have moved a lot of my beverage consumption to mugicha. It's Japanese roasted barley tea. Brews with cold water, no caffiene, no calories, surprisingly refreshing. Amazon has teabags.

If you like coffee, you may like more robust black teas - they're usually from Sri Lankan and Assam region of India, but labeled as English or Irish tea, because you know colonialism and all.

i find that good quality loose-leaf tea/tisanes are much more satisfying than most bagged teas. my favs are (US/Can) and (UK w/ worldwide shipping). have heard good things about but haven't tried them
