Do not know about the master's program, but in my doctoral program, more than half of the doctoral students are international students on F-1 visa.

When I was at the NIH, about 1/2 of all the lab postdocs were staffed by international students. This is anecdotal, I could probably find the real number if you need it.

I'd say my dept is about 50/50, but the science disciplines are definitely heavier international.
