They seem incredibly effective, but from an ethical point of view I am not a huge fan of their propaganda-esque nature. Unfortunately, though, I think it's necessary to appeal to people's fears and emotions in this country, otherwise they simply won't listen.

Don't feel I know enough about their goals/origins, on the list for more research after the next audit deadline is met.
