Hi - Is there a way to search for words in my own timeline? Because I've seen a good tweet from someone I follow a few days ago. But it's impossible to find just by scrolling down. There's just too many tweets.

This combination allows you to search through the Tweets of the people, you follow: "filter:follows include:nativeretweets searchterm".
filter:follows -> Tweets of your followings
include:nativeretweets -> Else retweets are excluded by default.

Is there a filter to filter by people who follow me?
No. But you could add them all to a list (private list, to not spam them) and then search through that list: "list:jasonbaumgartne/Science twitter" or "list:227459169 twitter".
