I've been to London a few times -- never Scotland unfortunately. I'm not sure of the dynamic between Scottish and English people. Is it like Americans and Canadians or closer to something like Connecticut and Massachusetts.
I mean -- I guess it would be the latter.
Anything that affects Scotland would go through Parliamentary procedures ... UK politics is probably more complicated than US politics honestly. Then again, the US is a mess right now so ...
