Don't know if you are watching the press conference but the officer who shot him knew the taser was empty.

No, I wasn't watching but that makes it even worse. That cop killed when he knew he didn't need to. Murder.

Also, the other cop is testifying against the one that shot him and said that the shooter said, "I got him!"
