Looks like they're on AWS. Must not have anyone competent running things, since it should basically be impossible to take down a site hosted there if everything is properly configured.

I was finally able to get it to load. It doesn't look like they are even using any type of CDN / caching layer (I do see something related to cache but I'm unfamiliar with that software).
