I wish had a page you could go to that just showed you the latest posts/comments across all channels for a workspace. Sometimes I just want to catch up on the latest activity without having to hunt through each channel individually.

Think you might be looking for the "All Unreads" button at the very top left of the menu? Or do you mean for channels you are not a part of also?
