The most frustrating thing about 's quota system is that there are so many different ones. I just got approved on a new account for 256 cores in Central-1 and then it complained about "all_cpus" quota. So then I submitted a request for that and it was denied.

It's just frustrating because they should just have a form that shows you exactly what quotas need to be increased for a given instance creation instead of playing this game.
I'd kill for an API endpoint that tells you what your quota is. Hell even if it's delayed by like 5 minutes, I'd be fine with that.
Currently I need to babysit some website to see if the stuff I'm trying to develop is over or under quota.
