We really need to overhaul copyright / #DMCA legislation. Having Twitch users have to take down their videos because there is a 30 second barely audible soundtrack in the background is just ridiculous.

There should be 'use' vs 'incidental'. Like if you're doing a podcast, your brother blasting Slayer in the next room shouldn't count.
