If you're trying to test the new Epyc Rome in Google's Cloud, don't bother -- the CPU limit is 0 and if you request ANY type of quote increase, it gets insta-denied. Must be a bug on their end.

I found calling their phone support usually gets you some results, namely a quota of 32

I have been trying to increase my quota over the last week as well, but it was immediately denied. Hopefully, there is a bug!

Curious, were you trying to instantiate e2 or n2d types? And in which region(s)? You're corroborating something we've also seen...

Trying n2d types in Central and Eastern. I first checked which regions actually have them and saw Central has them and tried there with no luck.
