I’m looking at a plug-in from the InVid Project right now. You may want to check it out; I haven’t used it yet, though.

When you say verification, do you mean software to tell if the video has been manipulated in some way? Or are you trying to fact-check existing videos that you've found? (or something else?)

I am mainly interested in looking at videos from social media to see if they’ve been manipulated and also to check metadata for date/time/etc.
