can not be shared with for-profit companies. Twitter's recent TOS changes allow for more liberal sharing of data sets for academic / research interests.

One issue with sharing tweet IDs is, many offensive tweets get removed shortly after being sent either by the poster or twitter’s algos. This is especially a problem in hate speech detection. So, I’m skeptical about using such data for analysing divisive events.
