Has anyone attempted to feed the Minneapolis fire / police scanner into Google Speech to Text and feed the output to something like a Telegram channel?

This has been a project I have been thinking about for a while now. (With my local digital trunking scanner) Might have to finally give it a shot

I'd love to collaborate / help with it. It could probably be expanded to nationwide scanners and a lot of cool things could be done with the data.
