I just got an OOM error.
I have 128GB of RAM, in case you wanted to know how big of a fuck up the bug I just discovered (and previously wrote) is.

My largest dev server has 256 GB of memory and yet I still manage to throw an OOM now and then. Of course, it always shuts down the most important services first.

One time, I was using /dev/shm as a temporary staging area and forgot I had some big files in there and I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what was eating all my memory. Good times.
