I'm afraid to watch the Cats one because I heard it includes graphic footage of someone torturing cats and I can't deal with that.

Yes, for moments It’s not easy to watch, although part of the videos are shown, the explicit parts were cut. The series shows at the same time all the dangers of social media/mental problems and a fascinating example of the use of #OSINT techniques for investigation purposes.
