oh no, we’ll be fine if it explodes! it’ll just be a gorgeous moon-like light in the sky for a few months.

It will range anywhere from the brightness of a full moon up to 2x a full moon. It will be a single point source of light not as large as a full moon but so bright, you would easily be able to read underneath it.
