This is critical for understanding how to improve the system for users... those for who the app was built.

The Ridgecrest #earthquake provided feedback helping to improve the app and system already... fortunately this happened in an earthquake that caused minimal injury.
It's a new system- continues learning and making it more "successful" by everyones' definition.
