Does anyone know what the cheapest (but still reliable) online cloud storage services exist for storing around 750 - 1,000 terabytes of data for backups?

How frequently will you need to access it? AWS Glacier is pretty much the cheapest it gets as far as I know:

DM'ed you 3 options. TLDR : AWS (incl Glacier) is quite expensive for infrequent storage. Take a look at Online – C14, Backblaze B2, and Wasabi. You'll find that they're much cheaper + have S3 compatible APIs.

Cloud and cheap doesn’t go well. LTO-7 (Type M) tapes are about half as expensive as Glacier Deep Archive or cheap whitelabel HDDs. If you need reliable backup, AWS seems cost-effective again.

Deep Archive: $1/TB/month
B2: $5/TB/month
1000 TB + 1 drive on LTO-7: 9500€
