So this isn't too well known but Samsung released a 32GB DDR4 SODIMM that will work with 6th Gen Intel and newer CPU's. What his means is that your NUC or laptop can take 64 / 128 GB of ram (if you have 4 slots) even if Intel says the max capacity is 32GB. I am testing this ...

later today with several NUCS (I just ordered two of them). I will also test with a few laptops but if this pans out, you could easily have 64GB of ram in your NUC or laptop for some bigdata analysis.

I have an Acer laptop that's right around that level (8th generation). It most definitely should -- but I'll confirm with my Acer laptop for you when the ram gets here. Just poke me to remind me if you don't hear anything by tonight.
