Imagine having a moderate earthquake during a PGE outage. Talk about shitty luck. Was there a PGE outage during the quake anywhere?

How many earthquakes is this? 3? I'm not sure which is which -- if I'm looking at 3 (I think) or if one was upgraded.

I think its three. One smallish one occurred 10 minutes before the larger one. Then the other one is just out on its own to the north.
