. Quoted tweets (a form of retweets) increases the retweet counter for a tweet. If a user uses multiple quoted tweets on the same tweet, do you know if the retweet counter will go up for each or is there a limit of 1 retweet uptick per user retweeting / quoting?

I had always assumed that quoted tweets would reflect as a retweet for the counter but apparently that is not the case.
