I am hearing multiple reports from various sources that

is cutting the daily API limits for people to 10k (10,000) a day without any previous annoucement or notice. Has anyone been affected by this in the past 48 hours? #youtube #api

Yes they do -- you can get all sorts of data (video statistics, user comments, etc.)
