Zstandard level 22 with large LDM setting might beat it. I'll try it out later. It will be close.

I only tested with methods that are available in 7zip, but will test it as well. Thanks.

With my file it resulted in a compression ratio of 8.43% (default 10,53%). But I haven't tested more parameters yet.

What was your best compression ratio among all of the things you've tested?

PPMd (Dictionary size: 1024, word size 32) resulted in a compression rate of 6.28%.
