Where can I change the time zone of my Twitter account?
It should be under settings/account. I can't find it.

Yeah I think that entire option is now gone. Each "client" including web, now seems to go by the PC / device time.

Setting now private time_zone still possible via API calls, but i can't see what that affects since Profile location is user determined and can be anything. In content settings, Country only determines what tweets / accounts are withheld & Ads maybe? Trends location also separate

I don't see any timezone info via response headers. Is it using javascript to read the system clock or something?
