Is there an update on Rizler's progress? It really fits my use case niche. Individually querying 100000 users isn't exactly realistic with pushshift ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

All comments (ideally posts too) and their metadata from some particular sample of users, say the most recent 'x' users , or all unique users that were active on a subreddit in a given period.

And one other thing, do the utc_hour_of... parameters currently work? It doesn't seem to be limiting it for me

utc_hour_of ? Sorry I have a lot of APIs -- which are you talking about? I don't remember making any such parameter.
