The Pushshift Telegram ingest project is moving along nicely (code is open source and located here: github.com/pushshift/tele).
We are adding a front-end UI that researchers can use to search and filter messages. If you have suggestions, please let me know!

Once we get version 1.0 shipped, you will be able to install it on a server and set up your own ingest and analysis toolkit as well. We will run a publicly available one as well.
