Has anyone experienced this Twitter API bug?
'lists/members/create' works fine.
'lists/members/create_all' doesn't add some accounts. Even when I add one account per request.

There is an issue with lists where if you try to add more than X people in a 24 hour period, it will "silently fail" by giving a 200 status but not actually adding the people to the list. I've found I have to wait 24 hours before I can add more people. It's incredibly annoying.
I tried it with 1800 accounts. The weird thing is that I started with /create_all. Used it multiple times. Every time 130 accounts missing. Then I tried it with /create and it worked. Tried it again with /create_all and the exact same number was missing.

Yes! that's a real annoying one when you're in the middle of curating lists
