Help! My Acer Chromebook CB3-111 seems to have a bust screen. Everything else works fine (verified via an HDMI into a TV), but I don't think there's output to the LCD. Moisture may've shorted this connector (unplugging revealed burn marks). Is there a way I can fix this? Thanks!

This may be able to be fixed with just a new screen and/or new cable. The issue is whether the burn marks extend to the PCB board where components / microchips got fried during a short.
