Just add 6 TB (mirrored / RAID 1) of space as a stop gap until I get another 25 TB later this month.
Also, the Samsung 883 DCT 1.9TB SSD is amazing. Very low latency and very high drive write life (> 2.5 PB). It has power capacitors for power failures as well.

It's backed up, but even if it does go down, it would be an extended downtime. Having an enterprise SSD helps mitigate that (in raid 1 eventually).

The 883 DCT drive was under $400. It's not just the capacitors but the QoS for Q1 response times (it has a lower latency than the 860 Pro).
