I have expanded the filters for searching Twitter users. The tool is located here: pushshift.io/twitter-user-s -- It has some real-time components as well as an option to download the results in CSV format (that was a hugely requested feature).

This is for research purposes -- there is a limit to the amount of data that can be exported in CSV format to help adhere to Twitter's TOS. Let me know if you have any questions about the tool!

The last major part for this tool left to add is pagination -- so in the meantime, I've allowed really large values for the result size.
