Looking at the 25 most active verified Twitter accounts over the past week, the most active accounts are predominantly Japanese language accounts. One verified account has made over 2 million tweets in a one week period.

So just straight tweets? Not replies to tweets, not retweets and not quoted tweets?

Quoted Tweets are fine. RTs probably too. But replies by company accounts always skew the stats when they use the account for support requests (or coupons).

Here's the slack command:
/pushshift act aggs=author site=twitter since=7d is_reply=false
is_retweet_status (boolean) will filter by retweets
is_quote_status (boolean) will filter by quoted statuses
If you rank by strictly looking at number of replies to tweets, things change a lot.
