Hi ! I really enjoy your tweets. I was curious if you'd be willing to answer a few questions I've been curious about. As a trauma surgeon, do you recall the longest "marathon" shift you had due to circumstances?

Jason hi - thanks. I don't really work shifts. I've done long (very long) stints on duty - some napping when possible. Noone in particular stands out. Routinely do 3-day weekends, but usually can go home for chunks and if necessary get a colleague to cover for a bit.
