I've interviewed a lot of people. I never remember if they had sent me a "thank you" or not by the time an offer is made. Just not something I spend 🧠 cycles on. 🤷♀️

I once sent a "Thank you" card to a company for not hiring me after I did some digging and found out how badly they treated their employees. Actually got a response from someone at the company, too.
