Is anyone filtering the UK remain petition for automated and non-UK signatures? (sorry, had to ask)

Reading the Petitions Committee response, my first thought was more transparency in their process of detection,but then I realized that advertising their methods would potentially make fraud easier. I'm a bit jaded over things like this from the U.S. FCC Net Neutrality Petition.
