I'm confused by this; 100k requests per app/endpoint seems to be above the current rate limits from the docs already?

Technically an app can make 900 requests to the user_timeline endpoint and 1500 for user auth. So one app (using the original app user) can make 2,400 per 15 minute window, or 230,400 total API calls to that endpoint per day.
It's a decrease but not a huge one?

Are you impacted? "We will remove this new default restriction for any developers that have a policy-compliant need for increased access and don’t serve other businesses at scale."

I'm curious about how "Twitter firmly believes in open data access to study, analyze and contribute to the public conversation"
