You see Andrew Torba (), the problem with free speech like this is that it eventually costs society too much -- using free speech as a guise for espousing hatred of minorities is a disservice to everyone on your platform.

My issue is not with free speech which I do support -- my issue is with Andrew creating a site that advertised free speech when he knowingly created a community where a good portion of the people threaten Jews, blacks, minorities, etc. He's providing a safe harbor for groups to
terrorize others and to threaten others with violence. We've seen the results of this from actions from people like Bowers.

I am on Gab. I am neither a neo-nazi nor a conservative. A lot of anti-war left Anons went to Gab after they were marginalized, harassed, & finally suspended from social media. They went to Gab. You’re helping the opposition kill the anti-war left.

Those people exist whether they're on social media or not. They are not going away just because you kick them off of social media. I bet with Gab you will actually catch more criminals that intend harm.

If you support free speech the sentence should end right there. No qualifiers or buts, just I support free speech. Free speech protection isn't for speech we like. It's specifically for speech we don't like or agree with. Period.
