Quite a lot going on here today: Avast agreed to buy back the $65 million, 35 percent stake in Jumpshot it sold to another data company in July. CEO says hundreds of people will lose their jobs and that Avast is completely leaving the data broker world

I love how outlets are mentioning that many jobs will be lost. Yeah, I suspect that it’s a fair trade off for consumer privacy
