Feels like your Facebook 2016 number is too high. Ad revenue for Facebook in US & Canada in 2016 was $13.6bn. Subtract maybe 10% for Canada?

I use the US & Canada number in their slides based on geography of where the ad delivers. I think you used the other version of it.
