    In 1942, Fred Korematsu refused the government order sending Japanese Americans to internment camps. He was arrested & appealed his case all the way to the Supreme Court. Today would be his 101st birthday. We honor his legacy by fighting for civil rights for ALL.

    On , we remember the unjust incarceration of 120,000 Japanese Americans during WWII, and Fred Korematsu's lifelong fight to protect civil liberties for all. In 2002, federal judge Denny Chin presented Korematsu with 's award in NYC.
