@japaneseammo hi Misa-先生, I have a question! Japanese class ends tomorrow and my teacher in going back to Japan. I don't know what to say to him when saying goodbye, aside 六か月はありがとうございました。さよなら。
Is there a way/word to say "take care"?
It's probably too late but I'd say "六か月間お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。これからも頑張ってください。" "さようなら" (esp. さよなら without the う)" is very cold ^^;
Actually, he's only leaving next year so I'm saving this! Thank you very much!! 
It's quite odd because we always say さよなら~ to each other when we leave the class 
in a light tone, like saying "bye bye", I knew something was wrong
