      I think the なければいけない or ならない is added to mean that you must do something. The most common way to say this formally is なければいけません or なりません！行かなければなりません can mean "I must go" formally. I might be wrong, but I hope this helps you! :D

      As I mentioned in the video, it's negated because it literally means 'If you don't do~, it won't be good'.
