        I think staying in the same apartment for 3 weeks seems fine to me, you can just take trains to go to different parts of Tokyo easily.

        if it helps any, put the btw at the beginning of the sentence not the end. It doesn't lose any meaning either side but it flows more naturally if it's at the front. Cheers

        also once it gets there you might notice that P.S. and BTW are doing the same thing, one in a literary way (post scriptum, after writing) and the other a short form of common speech. You can drop the either one and retain your meaning ;)
