I like tsunderes when they're done right (like Yurio from Yuri on Ice) & I love Kugimiya Rie, but Louise was too much for me :/ her relationship with Saito was too abusive for my liking + there were much better options for him (like the Maid-chan or Henrietta 
)
I haven't watched much Toradora, so I don't know yet xD but the problem for me was that Louise was too much tsun and not enough dere :( + the whole "treating Saito like a dog/slave" thing was a bit too much but don't get me wrong, overall I enjoyed Zero no Tsukaima a lot :)
