https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9BPjQCS7Zw … We generally only say "Sayonara" to someone we know won't see for a while / ever (e.g. in anime a character is dying, he / she might say "sayonara".). IRL only small kids at school use it.

heisei-kun? reiwa-chan? Is that how we talk to them? What determines the suffix used? ( ´艸`)
-
"Heisei" sounds like a boy's name and "Reiwa" sounds like a girl's name haha

I guess i have to learn this (here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9BPjQCS7Zw …) In my holidays i said sayonara because i heard some people using it. I used it maybe because sayōnara is a word which is easy learned by not native speakers..? :)

Good to know that sayōnara causes a "i will never come back"-feeling for native speakers. Now i have to learn Shitsurei shimasu to leave a good impression when leaving next time :D ありがとうございます for your videos. They're helping much (even if i just saw 2-3 yet)!
