みささん、could you/have you done a lesson on ですけど/だけど? I feel like it’s one of the biggest hurdles in sounding more fluent versus sounding like you learned from a textbook, and I can’t quite grasp it or ~んだ/~んです. ありがとうございます!

One thing that always got me tongue tied was when thanking someone for doing something for me ~~てくれてありがとうございます I would feel I wanted to be extra polite but got my honorific and humble forms all confused and say something ridiculous like ~ておくれしてありがとう
