You might need to get a PC that handles high quality games like Overwatch. Usually a CPU that is Core i5 or i7 can run high quality games! Also, for the GPU, get Nvidia as it can handle high end games! :) Getting 8 or 16gb of ram is a good option too!

My laptop has CORE i7 so it's pretty good but streaming + playing a game seem to be too much for it ^^;

I spent like $1600 for a gaming pc about 3,4 years ago, intel i7-4790K Geforce GTX970. The most expensive parts are the graphic card and cpu.
