So お腹がいっぱいです is the formal way of saying “I’m full” and お腹がいっぱい is informal. There seem be another way to say I am full too like まんぷく and おなかがパンパン, but I guess they’re not very common :)

Is there a common way to refer to food in general? 食べ物、ご飯、etc. お腹が空きました。(food)ですか。
