      4. I submitted five signed testimonials from my witnesses of the Dec 20, 2016 attack. 5. All my testimonials were vetted by lawyers. 6. So the claim you filed against me was rejected by the HU Harassment Committee. 7. You had the opportunity to submit full evidence. You did not.

      8. The stress of being falsely accused gave me a stomach ulcer. 9. HU granted me a medical leave for one semester. 10. I then filed a claim against you for filing a false report against me. 11. I gave a three-hour testimony in front of two independent lawyers hired by HU.
