A student who witnessed the Dec. 20 attack against me by ARIC just wrote to me informing that the NYC lawyer Yo Shiina contacted him to get the English version of his testimony. He thought she represented me. She never fully disclosed who she was. Deceptive! Maybe even illegal.
The signed testimony states that Ryan Yon Son stormed into my classroom, hit me repeatedly with his body, and acted in a totally threatening manner. Stop trying to characterize his actions as not hostile. They were! And all I wanted to do was to talk about the flyer of Dec. 14.
